1. General Policy
Jagrati Foundation accepts voluntary donations from individuals, organizations, and supporters who wish to contribute towards social awareness programs, community initiatives, charitable activities, and other social impact causes.
Once a donation is successfully made, it is treated as a confirmed voluntary contribution towards the Foundation’s work.
2. One-Time Donation Cancellation
Once a donation is made, it cannot be cancelled.
Donations allocated to ongoing campaigns, programs, awareness activities, or charitable initiatives are immediately considered for social impact work and therefore are not eligible for cancellation.
3. Recurring Donation Cancellation
If a donor has opted for a recurring donation, monthly donation, subscription, eMandate, UPI Autopay, NACH, or any other auto-debit donation method, the donor may request cancellation of future recurring payments.
To request cancellation of a recurring donation, the donor must send an email to:

- Full Name
- Contact Details
- Registered Email ID or Mobile Number
- Transaction ID / Mandate ID / Subscription ID, if available
- Donation Amount
- Date of Donation or Recurring Donation Start Date
- Reason for Cancellation Request
4. Cancellation Processing
Recurring donation cancellation requests will be reviewed and processed after verification.
If a cancellation request is received after the next payment cycle has already been initiated by the bank, payment gateway, UPI app, or service provider, the upcoming debit may still be processed. In such cases, the donor may raise a refund request as per the Refund Policy.
5. Donations Already Utilized
Donations that have already been allocated or utilized for ongoing campaigns, programs, community initiatives, awareness activities, or charitable work cannot be cancelled.
6. Payment Gateway and Bank Delays
Jagrati Foundation is not responsible for delays, failed cancellations, or processing delays caused by banks, UPI apps, card networks, payment gateways, or payment service providers.
7. Changes to the Policy
Jagrati Foundation reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
